Counselling center for foreign employees in Saxony (BABS)

We advise foreign workers from EU countries in Saxony on labour and social security law.

Legal work under fair conditions and equal treatment of all employees in Saxony.

Under this motto we support employees from other EU member states who work or plan to work in Saxony.

Our counselling focuses on issues of labor law (employment contract, wage claims/minimum wage, working hours, vacation entitlements, dismissal, work accidents, differences between genuine and fictitious self-employment, mobbing/discrimination, etc.) and social law (child benefit, unemployment/unemployment benefit, health and long-term care insurance, pension insurance, accident insurance, family benefits, etc.). Our advice is free of charge. It does not include representation in court.
